``QoS in the Internet'', CIS786-103, Wed 6:00 - 9:05 pm.

Prerequisite: Strong performance in CIS656, or equivalent,
for example strong performance in ECE637.
Knowledge of either C or C++, or at least ability to quickly
pick up C.
I had called this course ``Advanced Networking'' but our
administration used the fall 2002 title ``QoS in the Internet''.
